We provide white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM services.

You acknowledge:

GoHighLevel owns and operates the core software platform

We are not liable for outages or issues caused by GoHighLevel

Data may be processed according to GoHighLevel’s policies

Platform continuity is not guaranteed

You accept risks associated with third-party infrastructure.

8. AI Technologies

Our Services may include AI-powered tools such as:

AI voice agents

AI text agents

Automated booking systems

AI-generated content

You acknowledge:

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content

AI systems are provided “as-is”

We may use anonymized interaction data to improve AI systems

We do not guarantee AI performance or accuracy.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Program

SMS Program Description

247Growth LLC d/b/a 247Growth Agency provides marketing, AI-based communication tools, and consulting services for businesses. SMS messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment scheduling updates, customer support messages, and optional promotional messages when selected during opt-in.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (856)-658-8438. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

15. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Jury Trial

BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Arbitration shall be conducted in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive:

Jury trial

Class action lawsuits

Consolidated arbitration

16. Time Limitation for Claims

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
